STATE TERROR IN SOUTH .

Minister of Plantation Industry, Mahinda Samarasingha participated at Jeneva Human Rights Council’s session on the 27th February 2013. After his arrival he released a statement to Divayina newspaper on 05.03.2013 saying that the government safeguards human rights, but the human rights workers made obstacles.

29 years old Lasantha is a Buddhist by birth. He was brutally assaulted by Nayanajith and others attached to crime division of Panadura South police.

Lasantha works hard but not rich enough to drink a dram of sealed arrack instead of Whisky and Brandi, resides at Kalutara district in the Western province. Still international community talks about North and East. However, the truth is that they must talk about how they have been suppressed. They are unable even to come to Colombo.
In Sri Lanka there are seven provinces other than the North and East.
But no one talk about the mass graves in these seven provinces and about police terror which commence every moment like that in the North and East.

The government has a relief for it does not talk about it.The government of Sri Lanka has launched police terror all most everywhere in the country. They have made the institutions of judicial system to be inactive in order to continue it without any obstacles. They have raped it. Our request is to talk about these incidents.
