Round table discussion with Civil Society activists held in Janasansdaya on 28th January 2017. Mr. basil fernando led the discussion. Former District court judge Mr. Somasinghe, Mr. Janaka Amerewsinghe AAL, Ms. Niluka de Silva AAL and several lawyers, state employees, civil society members and several victims who recently won cases against police brutes.
